I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018
Interview
Started with typical HR screen. I recommend being prepared to ASK lots of relevant questions up front to ensure the role fits your skill set and then figure out how to leverage your experience against the companies current goals. The rest went as expected. Face to face with Managing Director, then a presentation and panel interview. I recommend that you prepare a professional style power point and know your product (yourself)! The last was a conf call with SVP to validate the panel's recommendation. This process took approx. 5 weeks.
