Entirely soft skill based because this role is really a project management position. I only had one phone call with a recruiter and the decision was made based on this only.

Great! I loved it. Interviewer was open, honest and transparent. Really organized and questions were interesting. I am happy with the way it went and it was not as overwhelming as i thought.
