Verizon Customer Experience Program Manager interview questions

I applied for two position and a recruiter emailed me to schedule a phone interview without including the role. The day of the interview, I received an email stating the position was put on hold. When I asked which position since a applied for two, she didn't answer for a long time and finally after I emailed again responded with both roles. I am so tired of companies being unprofessional and dishonest!!! She could of just said the company was no longer interested instead of lying.
