Then two senior developers interviewed me on site, handing me a sheet of paper with questions on it, left, and came back some time later to discuss my answers. They asked about the solutions, but then asked me slightly more difficult and technology-specific questions, like API design or schema design to tease out the team in which to place me.
Got an offer via email. I had to ask details about the team I was going to be placed in as they were not forthcoming about it.

I met a recruiter at a campus career fair and we talked for almost 30 minutes. Afterward he told me to apply online. I got a behavioral video interview questions and I completed it. I still have not heard back, but I recently got an email asking if I was still interested in the position. I think it is a slow process.
