      Interview

There is an involved application process, which just takes time and focus. Then, if you’re invited for a phone interview, they ask about what attracted you to the opportunity, what your experience has been, and discuss if this job seems suited for your lifestyle.

      Interview

After taking some screening exams, you receive an interview. They ask you very easy questions like how many hours a week do you want to work. It lasts about 30 minutes and includes reviewing policies that are shared with you via your computer screen. My understanding is that the offer of employment is more based on test results than the interview. I think an applicant would have to be incredibly inappropriate to be ruled out by the interview.

I don't remember. I think the last thing they asked me was if I had any questions (but I'm not sure).
