The owner of the company is an RN, and listened attentively to my reasons for wanting to pursue a career in healthcare. She offered to give me the opportunity for home health clinical training, should I require it for further education. She is most delightful and nurturing.

Interview
First got connected to owner through a friend, had phone conversation/interview to find out about company and opportunity. Then had actual in office interview and got to know owners and they seemed polite. The office culture seemed okay, but later found out that it was very siloed. The office building was just old.
