This was an open interview situation with an Introduction to the company, history and scope/mission. Discussion on pay schemes and field experience and introducing myself to interviewer and interviewees. Calm and relaxed situation followed up by field experience

Was nice and friendly interview and I did not feel pressured or put on the spot. Was more like a casual conversation with one of the managers in this office.
