Verisk interview questions

The recruiter did not clearly communicate or explain the interview process. HR/Recruiter has scheduled the first round of interviews, but I discovered that the interview is set with a junior team member. I'm unsure how they can align such a senior role with a junior interviewer. Will they achieve the desired outcome? I understand that management requires a review of the process to avoid losing good candidates.

La entrevista fue positiva con la persona de RRHH. La segunda entrevista con parte del equipo técnico no lo fue tanto, eran bastante secos y la entrevista tenía un tono demasiado impersonal.
