Ridiculous! Came in several times and it took 2 months and they came back with a no. I was highly qualified and felt they jerked me around. Poorly organized company and am so glad I didn't get a job there. I have since heard from others that it's a negative place to work.

Microsoft Teams meeting - first it was an Email from HR asking questions and then. 30 minute meeting with a manager with basic interview questions and will follow up within 2-5 days .

Applied on the company website. Invited to a Teams call/interview with VP of Client Success followed by a background and drug screening, then received an offer. I appreciated having only one round of interviews instead of numerous. Overall, process was smooth and HR was communicative throughout the entire process.
