Extremely rushed and quick. They simply put me in a corner and had me do a mail merge. I was taken back with the lack of engagement and really didn’t feel I was given respect or courtesy of my time.

The interview process was seamless but an overall formal interview that I felt prepared for ultimately. The school is in need of competitive salary wages or history will repeat itself with the high lack of teacher retention.
