I attended an information session at my university a week before interviewing started on campus. I applied through my university portal and was one of the eight chosen for an on-campus interview. The interviews were spread over two days, each interview was for 45 minutes. The interviewer was nice, easy to connect with. We went over my resume and previous experiences. After, I asked him questions about the company and how his experiences were working for Veralon. The timeline was to be second round interviews in Philadelphia by the first week in December and offers sent by Christmas. I mailed my interviewer a handwritten card following the interview. I followed up two weeks later by email, never heard back from them. I guess I got my answer- nice interviewer, but seems unprofessional to not reply back to a candidate, even if I was excluded.
