My application for the Senior Full-Stack Engineer position at Venn (Venn City) was submitted via LinkedIn.
After a brief phone call with the recruiter, we scheduled an online video conference with the group manager and a team lead.
The group manager introduced me to the company and the tech stack. The team lead joined the conversation a bit late. I felt that the team lead was somewhat rude and probably unhappy about the timing of the interview, which was in the afternoon.
When I asked if they practiced using microservices in the backend, she seemed displeased with my question and said they don’t believe it’s worth using.
We finished the interview, and I was told they would be in touch with me. A whole month has passed since then, and I am still waiting for a response.
