I applied online ad after 2+ weeks the HR contacted me.
After a brief talk about my actual position and willingness the HR scheduled a technical interview for 1 week later. The interview goes well and 4 days later the HR called me with an offer. I accepted

The interview was divided in 4 parts each with a different interviewer.
part 1: logic and algorithm questions
part 2: Java and OOP/OOD
part 3: http and databases
part 4: write a program and discuss the implementation
the whole interview lasted about 6 hours. A great experience with awesome people.
