Had a phone call for a job, got to the task stage. Submitted it early before the deadline. Never got contacted again. If I’m not right for the role, I’d appreciate it if I was told, rather than just being ghosted! It’s not fair when I put time and effort into an application to get my hopes up and then end up getting ignored. Sort yourself out and learn basic manners!
