Interview
I was contacted by HR after applying online. After a 30-minute non-technical conversation with the HR person, I was invited on-site for a 1-hour interview with an engineering manager. No technical questions were asked. We mostly talked about the product they were looking to build. It felt like a lot of fluff and the interviewer did not seem to be trying to get a good idea of what my capabilities were.
I never heard back from anyone at Vendavo, even after several weeks and multiple follow up emails sent. This is incredibly unprofessional but it seems this may be company policy judging by the other reviews here.
First was an interview with an HR person talking about high level stuff, the company, etc. Next was a web conference technical interview with 2 software leads at a remote location.

Question 1
Two interviewers and myself in a web conference call. While I was working on the problem, the interviewers rudely talked to each other about something they were working on. Very distracting. I brought this to their attention and they stopped talking for a few minutes before rudely picking their conversation up again.
