Months after submitting the application came a request for an interview for later in the week. The first interview was an hour long zoom interview with two sessions with different higher ups. The second interview was the following week and had a panel of 5 .

Scattered interview with external recruiter, 30 minute interview with the heads very unprofessional and irrelevant to role and then 5 smaller rounds much better structured with team members. Team member and manager interviews were much better than the head ones they asked proper questions to the role
