The interview process was really smooth. It started with a call with Lead Talent Acquisition (LTA) asking the past experience and other things. The LTA is one of the most polite and professional person I have ever seen. He listened to every query and made sure the whole process goes smoothly. Now came the first round. It was a skype call and went for more than one and half hour. The interviewer asked me many questions regarding javascript, reactjs, sass and other ui related stuff. There was also a small coding round which was basically to test the architecture for react app. The round went well and got a call from LTA for the second round which was face to face. The second round was a coding assignment without a time limit. I took 2 hours. They checked for the logic and the architecture. It went well and got selected for a round with CTO. The CTO asked me few questions regarding the reactjs eco-system and overall design process. This went well too. They said they'll discuss internally and let me know by the EOD. Within few hours after leaving their office LTA called and provided the offer letter. They were quite quick with the process. They offered me what I was asking for but I declined due to personal reasons.
