COO from Singapore reached out to me via phone call to arrange an interview. It was arranged pretty quickly. Had a conference call with her and a HOD in Sydney. It was very casual and bulk of the time was spent on explaining the role, the company culture, what was expected of the candidate. Shared with them more about my experience in sales and that I was very keen on the role. All good, no dramas.
At the end of the interview, I checked with them when I would receive a reply from them to know if I got through to the next round or not. I asked, "One month?". They said it will be two weeks and won't take so long. Waited two weeks, No reply. Wrote them an email to follow up after 4 weeks. No reply till today. Shows a lack of respect for the candidate and failure to follow up on commitment.
