Interview
From start to finish, my interview experience with Vego was such a pleasant one. My main interactions were with Jenny, and she spoke with so much care at every step of the way. She even sent me the questions for the first Zoom meeting ahead of time, which has never happened for me before. It really showed how thoughtful and inclusive the company is.
For the second interview, I went into the office and met with a panel of five people. Each person asked questions that really fit the role and made me feel comfortable, even when I didn’t have an answer right away. The whole experience felt genuine, like a community of people I knew I wanted to be part of. Everyone was real, kind, and easy to talk to.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! At Vego, what you see is truly what you get. We believe in being real, transparent, and human throughout the hiring process and beyond, and we are so glad that it all came through in your conversations with Jenny and the team. It means a lot to hear that you felt comfortable and genuinely connected to the people you met.

Interview
The interview process was smooth and efficient. HR provided me the general questions that I need to provide answers prior to the first video screen, those questions were related to the role and expectations. The second round with the CEO, COO, CTO, Operation manager and HRs was intense and lasted an hour and a half, but the questions were directly tied to the role and gave me a clear picture of expectations. At the end, I was surprised and grateful to receive a gift !
