that similar email reply to which they never respond and give an automated email rejection without any reason. on followup they never reply and even took 6 weeks to handover the rejection email

Applied through their job opening link , after a month the co-founder responded with an assignment link . Upon successful completion of the assignment within deadline , I was ghosted by them . Again , he approached me after a month saying that they have openings and you can respond to it if intrested , which I did . After couple of days I was asked to schedule behavioural interview the same day , which I did . The behavioral interview was one of the co-founders just asking random questions , the interview lasted 10 minutes and was kinda okayish . Now after 2 days I got a mail saying I'm shortlisted for the next round with CEO which will be final round(30 minutes) and will take place on that day itself & no preparation was needed (lol) . In the final round of interview I was asked to show a demo of assignment which I did and then multiple questions related to the same assignment , as I had done the assignment about 2 months ago I barely had any context about it but I was able to answer the questions but struggled with implementation as I had little to no idea (yeah , kinda careless here) . In the interview I explain the approach , strategy in brief and almost implemented a feature that he asked me to do but as I already said I struggled with debugging as there was an issue in expected output , the problem could have been easily solved but the interview was only 30 minutes long .
