At first there was about a 45 min group interview in which the manager interacted with each individual while explaining the product line they were selling (Cutco Knives). Afterwards, everyone had a quick five minute individual interview where he ask personality type questions. I was the last person for the one on one interview and once finished, he offered me the job.
