The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Scranton, PA) in Dec 2010
Interview
It is hard to describe it as an interview; it was a glorified product show. The manager said I had "good eye contact" so he thought I would be good, and he didn't even read my resume. Not really the standard for how I would like to set myself apart from other candidates.
The "interview" consisted of a group of candidates in a room watching a man cut rope with a knife. That is two hours that I will never get back.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many swipes does it take to cut this rope with a CUTCO knife!
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing in Jul 2025
Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
I interviewed at Vector Marketing (San Marcos, TX)
Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
