Five rounds and one assessment only to get rejected even though there wasn’t much time in between the interviews and I was getting the impression they liked me, but I got a rejection after I sent a email following up a day or two later

Very weak and biased. Maybe you should look more white than anything. even if you got 5 years experience they don't even consider. The Both the Associate directors were rude AF.
