I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at VaynerMedia (New York, NY) in May 2022
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard except for interviewing with 8 different people. Everyone was kind and the interviews standard and straight forward. My only gripe is being ghosted and not hearing back from the HR guy after having spent so much time interviewing with so many people. A simple not a fit would do.

Question 1
Why Vayner?
Tell us about your experience in social?
Tell us about your management style?
The whole process was a circus! After 4 interviews they sent an acceptance email and took it back because they suddenly don’t need it anymore but the position is still open on linkedin SCAM
Quick and straightforward - typical situational questions and wanted an understanding of my existing work experience thus far. Spent a good amount of time discussing the different Vayner Products/Processes and how they differ from other agencies

Question 1
Tell us about a time where you had to deal with difficult client feedback and how did you approach it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at VaynerMedia (Manila, Manila) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initially, they told me there would be three interview rounds, but I ended up going through four lengthy calls—which, to be fair, I genuinely enjoyed. A few days later, HR informed me that I was accepted, so I resigned from my current job to ensure a smooth transition. Few days after that, they revoked the offer, citing changes in business needs. I almost ended up jobless because of them. Thankfully, I found another opportunity soon after.
Overall, the experience showed a lack of transparency and consistency. They said the position was no longer in demand, yet I keep seeing the same job reposted on LinkedIn. Honestly, Vayner is starting to give off some serious red flags.
