Initial meeting over Google Hangouts, with two members of the account team. They explained the residency program and asked general background questions, why wanting to move to the area, etc. The interview overall was ok, but it seemed like the 2 interviewers were just going through the motions and were not actually looking to hire. They never followed up and ignored my follow-up email.
