Excel assessment, first round of interview was for an initial screening, second round of interview was for going over the assessment, third round was for culture fit. The process was quite slow and very confusing.
The interviewers were very helpful and provided a lot of insight into the role. They seemed enthusiastic about the company, and had great things to say about the company culture.

They asked about what I wanted to get out of the residency.
Good interview process, in-depth - making sure they find qualified candidates. Nice people too - made the conversation easy enough. Fun questions and kind. The interview was overall a good experience.
