The interview was done in basically two steps. - Interview with RH. - Interview with Tech Lead. The interview with RH was more or less a small talk about personal experiences. The interview with the Tech Lead was, obviously, more technical. However, since I entered as a Junior and with indication, I didn't have an actual technical interview (there was no coding). I have questions regarding my knowledge of the area the team I joined was working on.
