I interviewed at Vault Communications (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
The interview process felt quite extensive and rigorous for an entry-level position. During my second interview, which was an hour-long conversation with two VPs, the questions were heavily situational and seemed more appropriate for someone with significant PR experience. There were also few follow-up or conversational questions, which made it difficult to demonstrate potential or learnability. I think it would be helpful for the company to consider the experience level of applicants and tailor the interview approach to better reflect entry-level expectations.

Question 1
"What would you do if a client had misinformation on a press release, but it was already sent out to the media? How would you handle that, and what would you do?"
Pretty easy, video interviews and a skills test. Then meeting with VPs and owners. Everyone was really nice and HR was responsive. They got back to me quickly with any questions I had
