I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vast Bridges (Jacksonville, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
Asked me to sell them the phone I had in my pocket, why Id be a good fit, previous experience, phone call first then met everyone. Overall, if you're able to conduct a normal sales interview you'll be fine. Make sure you ask questions, they get flustered and give you the control extremely easily. They ask you to operate a computer in basic sense, web browser new tab things like that.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Vast Bridges (San Marco, FL) in Nov 2015
Interview
They did a short phone interview then set up a face-to-face interview. They asked basic questions. Nothing really stood out. After passing the face-to-face interview they paid me $100 per day to go through a working interview. The working interview was set up for me to review every agent and coach them on where i thought they could improve in their sales process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vast Bridges (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
Phone interview with HR, in person interview with Sales Manager. Very disorganized. Had to reschedule interview twice. Very basic questions every sales job asks. They will likely offer you a job in the interview. They have high turnover so if you can be articulate and seem energetic you will get the job.
