Varonis Systems Pre-Sales Engineer interview questions

Regular interview process. I had 3 separate phone interviews. Everyone was really nice and asked your typical interview questions. The first call was mostly technical questions that were not really that hard. Overall it seemed like a nice organization.

Meeting was a local pub and the conversation focused mainly on storytelling, people skills, and just a good "vibe". I like the approach because most candidates can learn the technical portion with sufficient study. Teaching someone to be personable... that's more difficult.
