The interview process was fine overall, but it left me somewhat disappointed. It consisted of several rounds of one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager and another team member, which felt somewhat unusual compared to standard processes. The hiring manager even extended an invitation to visit the site, which raised my expectations. However, I was ultimately not invited to an on-site interview.
While I understand there may have been candidates who were a better fit, it would have been more considerate to communicate this decision earlier in the process. After investing significant time and effort, it feels like I should have at least been given the opportunity for an on-site interview.
That said, the people I met were genuinely nice, professional, and reasonable throughout the process. They answered all my questions with detailed and thoughtful responses, which I greatly appreciated.

Question 1
The questions primarily focused on my past experiences and how they aligned with the job requirements, which seemed fair and straightforward.
there were 2 rounds interview. I made into the second round. I was interviewed by c-level executives, involving 3 people. The process had taken over 2 months. I can not disclose more than what I had already said. this process is not reasonable and annoying. How can you expect honest input with such difficult process. I am looking for a job here.
