I got a call from Kayla the recruiter, we had a great conversation, she told me she would get some feedback. She clearly stated what the timeline looked like and followed through on that. She gave me clear and concise feedback, very easy to work with.

HR screens resumes and forwards them to hiring manager. Then an Interview is arranged if hiring manager is interested. Then a panel interview with the hiring manager and additional team members. It’s usually at least a couple of hours since this interview also requires a tour.
