I had two interviews with David and Matt, the two founders of VP. These two are the perfect pair - Matt will do a personality check and make sure that you share the same values that we all have at VP, which is delivering real value to clients, not just fancy powerpoints. David is your technical interview and will be direct with his questions and will most likely leave you feeling like your failed the interview. David is a great guy though and his general attitude in all meetings is to be direct and avoid "noise" that throws them off track. This is a skill we all learn at VP eventually, but David is the master.
