Phone interview then in person interview. Phone interview took about 30 minutes, covering employment background and a little "getting to know you" questions. In person interview gives you a chance to see the office and understand the culture. Questions were straight forward, and made sense in relation to the role and responsibilities. After the interview I received a tour of the building and was introduced to the majority of the staff.
