Interview
I went through multiple phone interviews - with HR, one Principal, the person who would be my boss, and then they had me speak to a Consultant so that I would get a feel of the day-to-day. After these phone interviews, I had to do a 30 minute timed at-home case study. After "nailing" that, I was invited to go in to the office from 9:00am-12:00pm for multiple rounds of interviews with different departments, one of which was a case study. After all this, I had only received positive feedback and I left the marathon of an interview process feeling confident I would get an offer. I did not. When I asked for feedback, the HR woman who had been extremely responsive through the whole process did not respond to my request for feedback.

Question 1
There was a case study that they sent you before the in-person interview that you completed in 30 minutes at home including a research question about the reasons for a merger that happened recently. This was to assess your ability to do research online quickly and write up a concise answer to the problem. The in-person case study was sent to you before hand. It was a bit of a puzzle that you were missing pieces to, and they threw you curve balls about it in the in-person. I actually really enjoyed both case studies, both gave you a flavor of the type of work and got me excited for the job.
First round was a phone call with the HR representative, second round was a call with a consultant, then the final round was a 3-4 hour round on zoom with 4 components. First component was a casual interview with current analysts, second was with the person in charge of hiring, the third was the case interview, and the fourth was with the analyst manager.

Interview
It involved 3 over the phone interviews, and a final in person interview with a case study. I thought that I had done well, but was ultimately passed on. Nice people though throughout the process, but wish I had been told why they passed.
