Waste of time! This position is for someone who lives at home and in college/looking for first job. I talked in person to a man for a whole five minutes just to be asked if I could come back the next day to "see a day in life." I did more research on this company and found out by other reviews that the positions for this company are outsourced from ATT/DirectTV and basically you are doing their customer service. I did not return the following day as this is not what I expected.
