Extensive interview process. I interviewed with three store managers and the DM twice (on phone and in person). All went well except for the in person DM interview. He didnt show up to the interview so I called the store manager which had to call him and he stated traffic was bad so he got off the freeway to wait it out. He asked me the same questions as he did on the phone but he didnt remember. When he interviewed me on the phone he didn't know who I was or what I was applying for. This was my second time interviewing for this company and both times have been super unprofessional. After interviewing for 2 months I was informed that I was not selected. This company is very unprofessional when it comes to interviewing.
