Typical Interview Experience - Recruiter reached out to see if I was a good fit / Salary discussions. Once accepted my resume was sent to the hiring manager, If they wanted to proceed a callback was initiated and Interview scheduled. However, Vanguard especially, dont always expect a callback if you were not chosen. I followed up 3 days after my initial talks with the recruiter, and then 1 week later. After that I moved on.
