Process was fairly straightforward. I applied with a recruiter so response times were always relatively quick. Questions were pretty standard interview questions. As someone who has been in the workforce (post college) for <5 years, questions were geared less towards my experience and more towards about the role I was applying for, why I wanted to be at Vanguard, did I think I could perform the duties, etc.
