Phone interview, presentation, online interviews. It took two months from application to have the results. Scheduling was ad-hoc maybe due to a storm in the area. It was hard to get responses from the HR.

They asked many questions about tax accounting, target date funds, etc. How do you apply HIFO accounting if cost basis record is not available? What type of asset can you apply the tax accounting method? Do we need to educate people even with the TDFs? Plus some casual questions.
