STAR - which is a wonderful idea IF you are a wonderful story-teller. Sadly, many people who might be good at a certain job are not necessarily good at telling stories, and vice versa. While it's a nice template for interviews, Vanguard has many inexperienced interviewers who treat the STAR format as the MOST IMPORTANT THING instead of a means to an end.
