Submitted resume through university job portal, was contacted via email to arrange phone interview. Interview included normal behavioral and some very basic technical questions. Also included some discussion about the nature of the program and the rest of the interview process should you be selected to proceed (a day long networking and interview session at the headquarters in Malvern, PA.)

Two step process, requires understanding of STAR method and well rounded knowledge of Vanguard's business functions and how one might apply them in a technical setting. The superday is quite long, so drink your coffee and lock in.

Interview
Starts with uploading CV, 2 phone calls, then superday. Recruiter was super kind. First interview had a question asking what Vanguard does and what’s their biggest threat besides the usual TMAY and Why Vanguard. Also had STAR based questions so have past examples ready. Superday had case studies. From what I recall, no technicals, only just 3 case studies with 3 different MDs.
