Interview
Phone call, 45 minutes long, began with behavioral questions on background experience, asked why chosen Vanguard and also was asked questions about experiences related to finance. Didn't get an interview until 5 weeks after applying. Didn't hear back for another month.

Question 1
Tell me about a specific finance project you worked on either in class or through prior work experience and what was the outcome.
2 interviews. 1 HR screening and next all day behavioral and case study. Behavioral was easy (expected and most common behavioral questions) and case study was a packet with simple finance / markets questions on it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Sept 2018
Interview
Submitted application and heard back relatively soon for a phone interview with all behavioral questions. Didn't end up hearing back but it was a pleasant overall experience with the company and employees.
