I applied online. I interviewed at Vanguard (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jun 2016
Interview
The in-person interview was split up in to a few parts. One hour was spent in a presentation, one hour spent one on one with interviewer answering behavioral like questions, one hour spent with another interviewer working through a case study
The interview at Vanguard felt smooth, professional, and welcoming. Conversation flowed naturally, questions were clear, and the atmosphere stayed relaxed. I left feeling confident, prepared, motivated, and genuinely excited about the opportunity.
