Vanguard Entry Level Applications Engineer interview questions

The interview was split into two distinct parts - where the first would be a behavioral interview, followed by a technical discussion. Before your interviews begin, you are given a simple case study to solve within a set time. The behavioral interview was wonderful! In my experience, the technical interviewer wasn't available, and I had to wait three hours for a replacement. In the technical interview, the interviewer rarely asked relevant questions, and I had to remind them that there was a case study to review. In the end, I felt my interview was conducted quite poorly and inhibited my chances to succeed.
