I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Jul 2024
Interview
The interview process started out pretty straight forward, talked to a recruiter who was very profession and polite and then scheduled an interview with the IT management staff. That interview started out with common question that I also ask job candidates and seemed to be going well. Then the question turned into almost a certification quiz, almost like they were ripped right out of a text book. Things that I would never expect a candidate to know off the top of their head.
Where are does this acronym stand for, what does that acronym stand for. What year was this technology developed, Walk them through the whole menu system of GPO via memorizations. You can search all these question and get the answers to in seconds, not something I ever thought I should l memorize. I never got an offer, but after that interview I would have not accepted if it was.
