For social work, they asked about values that you bring to the team and how you might deal with different perspectives/interdisciplinary practice situations. Also relevant is how to practice self-care in the midst of very difficult work. How do you take care of yourself and/or others? The focus was on the practice scenarios which can vary depending on your site.
