I was interviewed by an educator and a PCC, and they gave me plenty of time for me to answer questions. They were also very sympathetic and acknowledged how nervous I was, which helped calm me down.
Interview with a manager and educator. There were scenario case study questions and follow up questions. There were some behavioural questions too. It took for 1 hour. Relaxed atmosphere. Got offer after one week +

Was long but interesting and very engaging and enjoyable, interviewees were very pleasant. Covered all the areas of care. On different case scenarios., objection handling, time management. Client centered care.
