Very easy, english test, no bachelor title(hishschool diploma) needed, Then the HR manager or the supervisor will perform a series of questions just to hear and analyze your english level. Nothing else. If your english is good and you dont have any problems with the police you will be hired.

Applied online and had to take a mental/behavioral test. The questions were easy. A few days later I received a phone call. They asked me to come in and interview. Once there I interviewed with HR, took another skills test on site and filled out paper work. After that I met with the trainer and we had an easy going interview. She asked me why collections?
