Finally they selected no one from our college

How can I improve a service,if I were given a chance to do!
It consists of 5rounds.First round will be written exam.second one is group discussion followed by one to one interview. In the fourth round there will be manual logical reasoning based questions.The last one will be about coding.

we had an online test on apti and technical which has 5 round(quants,logical,verbal,technical,coding)
each round is of 10 mins,and coding was for 20 mins

1.Online test-including Aptitude,OOPS concept, HTML,Java and Coding- It was an one hour test consisting of 40 questions in total
2.Group discussion-This round was moderate and most of the candidates can easily clear this round
3.Technical round-Complete knowledge of data structures is helpful
4.HR round
